The kitchen is the heart of a restaurant. Customers don't see it (in most cases), but the food which comes out of it is what  they have come for.  For the staff, it's where they work.   For the business owner, it's where the success or failure of the  business is determined.  To produce the dishes those customers come for and keep them coming back for more, the  equipment must work properly.
