Problems with humidity can quickly cause damage.  Drywall, ceiling tiles, wall paper and a host of other materials can be damaged by high moisture levels.  Mold can begin to grow in less than 72 hours!   If you suspect problems with moisture don't delay having it checked.   We can spot check for moisture levels in most materials, and monitor humidity levels in the air to locate a problem.   If mold is suspected we can take samples to verify, no guess work!  We provide solutions.

Air pressure imbalances caused by improperly adjusted or failed make up air and exhaust systems are a common cause of comfort issues.  Maintaining control of temperature and humidity within the building can become impossible.  In addition, safety issues are often involved.  Gas fired equipment flue gases and car exhaust can be pulled into the building when indoor air pressure is reduced to less than the outside pressure.  The specter of carbon monoxide poisoning is a very real threat.   We have the proper diagnostic tools and experience we can find and correct these kinds of problems.
